A project of the Coalition of Oregon Land Trusts, The Oregon Land Justice Project has been developed and implemented in partnership with First Light Learning Journey and Tributaries Network to train land trusts in the Pacific Northwest to work with, support, and share land stewardship with local Native communities. Its extensive two-year training program and related work teaches the history, culture, and knowledge of Native peoples, and supports the return and access of land to tribes for stewardship, subsistence, and cultural use.
